Privacy and data usage
We respect your privacy. We never ask for personal data except your email address, and we never share it with third parties.
Your email is used solely to deliver tokens for storing document fingerprints on the Solana blockchain and to provide you with an invoice.
If we communicate about our services (e.g. via newsletter), you will be able to unsubscribe at any time, in full compliance with EU standards.
We act in accordance with the following laws:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679
- Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy and electronic communications (ePrivacy Directive)
- Applicable Dutch privacy legislation
Technical transparency
All processing and cryptographic operations are done via in-house developed tools directly in your browser. You do not need a crypto wallet — only the token we provide. Our software is completely transparent and visible to developers through browser inspection tools.
Your files are never uploaded and making a fingerprint of them happens locally in your browser.
Immutability of the data
Once your file’s fingerprint (SHA‑256 hash) is stored in the Solana blockchain, it becomes public, immutable, and verifiable independently of this website. You receive a direct link to the timestamped hash on the blockchain.
This ensures long-term reliability: even without continued access to our service, the fingerprint can always be viewed and verified via the provided link.
The verification process is based on open cryptographic standards, meaning that anyone can confirm the authenticity of the fingerprint without relying on this platform.

We build our tools with great care to be as reliable and tamper-proof as possible. However, we cannot promise that everything will always work perfectly or without interruption.
All services are provided “as is”, without guarantees of any kind. EasyMeasure Developments B.V. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from the use of this site or reliance on its output — including technical errors, service interruptions, or blockchain-related issues.
